DESCRIPTION

Hunter Roberts provided Construction Management services for the Surrey Hotel. The 150,000 SF project consisted of 16 stories of guest room suite renovations, new infrastructure riser work and the addition of a backup generator and a cooling tower. Additional renovations included the hotel spa, lobby and construction of a new lobby bar.
