The Walk Phase II

DESCRIPTION

Hunter Roberts Construction Group provided construction management services with pre-construction for a Mixed-Use Development on five blocks. The Walk is a collection of outlet stores, smaller shops, restaurants, offices and condominiums situated directly off the Atlantic City Expressway between the Boardwalk and Convention Center. To enhance the urban fabric and create true streetscapes, the large blocks of one-level buildings are broken into a series of stylish sub-buildings, with distinctive and varied two-story masonry facades. This second phase of construction consisted of 220,000 GSF of retail / office space.
