Vice President, Operations & Technology

PROJECT ROLE

David is responsible for leading the firm’s Technology group, consisting of planning, scheduling, logistics, virtual design and construction/(BIM) for design coordination and 3D MEP trade coordination, time-phased 4D sequencing and supply chain management services. With his 22 years of construction experience David is a key component to our firms preconstruction and construction management services and is part of the success of every project while specializing in Virtual Design and Construction using Building Information Modeling.

David adds value through project planning and scheduling, innovative technologies such as VDC/BIM for design and MEP trade coordination, supply chain management and field mobility using RFID.
