Robert Barbera is Senior Vice President and General Manager in charge of the New Jersey territory. He is responsible for overall operations and sales, as well as all progress related to the firm's growth within the region.

Mr. Barbera's career has primarily focused on working in the preconstruction and planning phases of project development. Responsibilities included client relations, business development, contract and risk management, preconstruction management, estimating and cost control, sub-contractor procurement, equipment pre-purchasing. Positions held included Director of Technical Services, Director of Construction Interiors, Director of Healthcare, Project Engineer and Estimating Engineer.
Previous to working on the general building side of the business, Mr. Barbera has also held positions at consulting and sub-contractor firms.
