PROJECT ROLE
As Human Resources Business Partner, Sarah is primarily responsible for providing HR counseling and support to Hunter Roberts Construction Group. She works closely with colleagues, managers and business leadership to identify, implement and ensure HR-supported processes, policies and practices are in alignment with Hunter Roberts Construction Group’s overall objectives.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Prior to joining Hunter Roberts Construction Group, Sarah was an HR Manager at Katzenbach Partners LLC, a management consulting firm based in New York with offices in Chicago, Houston and San Francisco. The firm, which was acquired by Booz & Company in 2009, focused on the intersection of business strategy and organizational performance. While at Katzenbach, Sarah was responsible for a variety of HR functions including HR Policies & Procedures, Benefits, Payroll & Compensation, Foreign National Visa Compliance, HRIS as well as several internal People Initiatives.
